In a small bowl stir flour and water with a spoon, then knead until you get a smooth, non-sticky dough (about 2 minutes).
Flour your work surface and roll the dough into a 25-cm-diameter circle.
Heat a non-stick pan, then cook the Flatbread over high heat - 1 or 2 minutes on each side. It should bubble while cooking.
Season as you like, or eat it "nature". Serve warm.
You can use pretty much any type of flour (for instance, we used polenta flour to make taco shells).
Remember that the amount of water depends on the flour you are using.
