- 75 g water
- 50 g oats
- 50 g all purpose flour
- 25 g seeds (flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower)
- 25 g olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp powdered smoked paprika
Pre-heat the oven (180°C).
Mix all the ingredients, then put the dough between two parchment papers and roll it into a 2-mm-thick round.
Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the dough into a baking sheet.
Using a knife, press the in order to create the crackers’ shape (once baked, it will be easier to separate one piece from the other).
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let them cool, then separate the crackers.
