Seeded Crackers

  • 75 g water
  • 50 g oats
  • 50 g all purpose flour
  • 25 g seeds (flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp powdered smoked paprika
  • salt


  1. Pre-heat the oven (180°C).

  2. Mix all the ingredients, then put the dough between two parchment papers and roll it into a 2-mm-thick round. 

  3. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the dough into a baking sheet.

  4. Using a knife, press the in order to create the crackers’ shape (once baked, it will be easier to separate one piece from the other).

  5. Sprinkle with salt.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let them cool, then separate the crackers.
