Savory Granola
Ingredients
Base
- 125g or 1+1/4 cup oats
- 1 Val Venosta Red Delicious Apple peeled and diced
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
Spices
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powdered
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika powdered
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 garlic clove peeled and cored
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix oats with flax+sesame+sunflower seeds, rosemary,
oregano, salt and powdered spices. -
Blend the apple dices with the oil and until
creamy. -
Mix the apple sauce with the dried ingredients.

Put the batter into a lined baking pan, add the garlic and bake at 160°C for about 50 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy (stirring with a tablespoon every 20 minutes). Once the granola is ready, remove the garlic, add the pumpkin seeds and let it cool.

Store in a jar up to 10 days.
