Overnight oats with apple and yogurt

For the oatmeal

  • 1/2 Val Venosta "Ambrosia" Apple
  • 70g (2/3 cup) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 60g (4 Tbsp) unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

For the topping

  • 1/2 Val Venosta "Ambrosia" Apple thinly sliced
  • 60g (4 Tbsp) unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 6-8 blackberries
  • dried cranberries
  • maple syrup
  • chia seeds


  1. Peel and core half an apple, dice and place in a small bowl.

  2. Add yogurt and maple syrup and mix with an immersion blender until smooth.

  3. Stir in the oats and cinnamon, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, divide the oatmeal in two serving bowls, add the toppings and enjoy!
